HumanText does NOT store the text you enter into the humanizing, detection or rewriting tools. All processing happens in real time and no text content is saved on our servers.
AI processing providers: when you use the humanizing, rewriting, simplifying, summarizing or tone tools, the text you enter is transmitted to an AI provider acting as a data processor to generate the result:
The AI detector does not send your text to any provider: the analysis runs entirely in your browser using local heuristics, so the text you analyze never leaves your device and is not transmitted to HumanText or to any third party.
The text is sent over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), processed to return the result, and is not stored by HumanText. This provider handles the text under its own policy, solely to deliver the requested service.

Google LLC, the provider of Google Analytics and Google AdSense, is established in the United States. Transfers are carried out with appropriate safeguards through the Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission (Implementing Decision 2021/914) and the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
In addition, the text you enter in the humanizing, rewriting, simplifying, summarizing and tone tools is transmitted to Groq, Inc., with servers in the United States. These transfers rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and/or on your consent when you voluntarily use the tool (Art. 49(1)(a) GDPR). The text is processed momentarily to generate the result and is not retained. The AI detector involves no international transfer: the analysis runs locally in your browser and the text never leaves your device.
